    1. Swipe, tap, or insert your payment card or hold your phone via Apple Pay or Google Wallet over the console.

    2. If its your first time using that particular card, you will be prompted to enter your phone number to receive an SMS receipt (first-time only).

    3. Once pre-authorized, the doors will unlock so that you can choose what items you would like to purchase. Please note that a $5 temporary authorization hold will be placed on your card or phone, but will be released within several days.

    4. Remove the items you would like to purchase from the machine.

      • You are only charged for the items taken out after the door is closed. While the door is open, if you take an item and return it back in its place, you will not be charged for that item.

    5. Upon closing the door, you will receive an SMS to confirm that your transaction took place and that you will receive an SMS receipt once the system has processed the order.

    6. Within a few hours of the transaction, you will receive an SMS with a link to an itemized receipt.

    7. That concludes your purchase!

  • There is a $5 authorization hold placed on your card to open the doors. The purchase price of your products may be subtracted from that hold. If you do not make a purchase, that hold will be released within several days and you will not be charged.

  • We accept digital forms of payment such as Apple Pay, Google Wallet, credit cards, and debit cards. You can also pay through the 365pay App. The credit cards we accept are traditional, major carriers such as American Express (AMEX), Mastercard, VISA, and Discover.
