How do I make a purchase from the Stockwell machine?

  1. Swipe, tap, or insert your payment card or hold your phone via Apple Pay or Google Wallet over the console.

  2. The doors will unlock so that you can choose what items you would like to purchase. Please note that a $5 temporary authorization hold will be placed on your card or phone, but will be released.

  3. Remove the items you would like to purchase from the machine.

  4. Once both doors are closed, you will complete your purchase.

  5. Select your receipt preference.

  6. That concludes your purchase!

How can I review the pricing?

Tap the magnifying glass icon on the console screen. Then, scroll through to see available products and prices.

What is the $5 charge for?

There is a $5 authorization hold placed on your card to open the doors. The purchase price of your products may be subtracted from that hold. If you do not make a purchase, that hold will be release and you will not be charged.

Can I make a product request or suggestion?

Which payment methods and credit cards do you use?

We accept digital forms of payment such as Apple Pay, Google Wallet, credit cards, and debit cards. You can also pay through the 365pay App. The credit cards we accept are traditional, major carriers such as American Express (AMEX), Mastercard, VISA, and Discover.

What should I do when there’s an issue with the machine?
